the role

as an Account Executive, you’ll represent sweb. you will be one of the primary impressions that clients have of our agency and the quality of work we put out. you will plan, execute and create marketing projects for assigned clients.

  • maintain client status documents and lead ongoing status calls
  • project management and communication with outside resources (e.g. designer, media buyer, developer)
  • propose ideas and contribute to marketing plans for clients, presenting multiple options
  • assist with biweekly and monthly reporting using platform analytics in line with KPIs established with the client upfront
  • set, organize, and monitor timelines for the team; ensure upfront goals are met presenting project progress at ongoing status meetings
  • interview client contacts and subject matter experts to researches their products and services as needed to get smart and effectively promote their business
  • attend key in-person content shoots, events, and other various client interactions, as needed
  • manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas
  • support project budgets and scopes
  • track contracts to ensure business stays on track and that goals are met
  • perform various other duties when assigned, such as email marketing, search engine optimization, and website updates

qualifications

  • 3-5 years in marketing, preferably at a marketing agency
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively towards set goals
  • Interest in working across various industries, specifically professional services, hospitality, and healthcare
  • Understanding of social media and the influencer space
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with events preferred

the opportunity

  • Full-time position
  • 70% remote, 30% on-site at events and in-person meetings in Pittsburgh, PA
  • Open to applicants based in the U.S., with interest in initial travel to Pittsburgh, PA
