about us

sweb marketing is a full-service marketing firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. at sweb, we are more than a collection of faceless names and email addresses on the other end of a zoom call. we are a team with passions, histories, and experiences that we pull from, for all of our clients. we’re not just another vendor – we’re a partner.

about you

you want to grow your career inside an agency and you know what that means. juggling multiple clients at once, switching gears fast, and balancing structure with creativity doesn’t intimidate you, it excites you. you’re detail-obsessed, the type who leaves a meeting with notes typed up, action items assigned, and follow-ups already in motion. you like being in the mix — brainstorming ideas, helping plan campaigns, sitting in on shoots, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. you’re also excited about the idea of quick growth + being on the ground floor of a start-up minded company with big plans. don’t send a generic resume you’re sending everywhere. we want someone who’s checked us out, gets what we’re building, and is excited to be part of it. tell us why.
